Does what it says on the tin, great for sealing down old paint edges prior to re-decorating.
Great Primer. Goes on well and sparingly. Time will tell but so far so good.
Great product have used before so knew what I was expecting dries clear bonds really well
Goes a long way and does what ir says in the tin..
Amazing stuff, worked really well and sealed the existing paint that I covered.
Used to seal plywood sheets before installing as shed roofing felt base.
First time of buying this it's great.
Would definitely purchase this again.
Over the years I have used lots of stabilizing primers and this one is by far the best.
My latest project was a cellar re-model and even in subterranean conditions this product performed brilliantly.
Applied it generously left it 24 hours and top coated with a high quality masonry paint and the walls where perfect.
Does a great job and easy to apply.
Just follow the instructions you cant go wronge
Used peel stop for both indoor and outdoor applications (masonry and internal walls). Great sealer and primer.
Put on as per instructions prior to wallpapering.Once paste was on you had about 10 minutes before old paint started coming off. This in no way stopped the paint peeling.Rubbish.
You need to allow enough time to apply a possible three coats before that rear thing rain. It seemed to be a posh diluted pva.?
Wish I had discovered this earlier.. perfect for walls with tiny bits of filler, old paper.. etc. not enough to justify spending days removing, but ruins as soon as it sniffs emulsion. This stuff seals, and seems to even the surface.
Works brilliantly, stopped original paint peeling when attempting to roll.
Excellent primer , used before painting the walls of my house
Goes on easily
In principle the idea is good
Standard undercoat and topcoat cannot stand up to the weather
Microporous paint applied seven years ago without peel stop still looks good
Peelstop should make microporous paint last at least the 15 years claimed
Microporous paint does not blister
It eventually wears off
Does what it’s said on the label covers all the wall I wanted and hopefully it will do what it says
Purchased in the hope it would stop paint peeling off a chalky surface (contract Matt). Unfortunately it peeled straight off. It does not bind chalky substrates.
Great for giving wall 'grip' or if paint has peeled
This peel stop is great stuff! It goes on a treat. Does exactly what says on the tin. Seals flaking paint and chalky plaster n my dining room. I can recommend this product and I still have 1/2 a tin left. A great product for problem walls.
