Good value item, certainly helped with small cracked walls.
Works very well on Flaking paint, I would recommend this product
What can I say, it does exactly what it says on the tin.
Unless you want to strip all the paint off your wall I suggest you use Zinsser Peel Stop Primer.
It's great you can't go wrong.
Not heard of it before, someone recommended it and it's great for stopping peeling
Bad work by builder twenty years ago came back to haunt. Rather than reboard and reskim ceiling, I gave this ago. Worked perfectly. Used Soudal Repair Plaster to smooth hard edges. Painted perfectly. Very hard to detect.
"Does what it says on the Tin" great results even the wife was happy with my hard work for once 🤣
Did the job perfectly, it goes along way and will last a while
Easy to apply, quick drying, used it to seal a rough wall before filing. Definitely buy again.
Really goid quality Bonding Primer , does exactly what it says on the Tin , we have used this several time , works every time , no more peeling paint
Used this for the first time , easy coverage and dries quick . Only time will tell if its as good as it says
This is great stuff if you have a paint peeling problem!
Used on plasterboard which was being used as a cover in a damp area. Needed a primer level on which I could put a waterproof coat - no problems, dried within time promised, sealed on board and took the top coat. Typical Zinsser product, can rely it does what is needed.
I purchased this based on recommendations, and that Zinsser has a good reputation. It was easy to use and sealed the edges of flaking emulsion well, ready to fill and paint. Very happy with the result.
This is the only clear primer i use as a professional decorator outstanding quality and great results
Bought this to stop some peeling paint before preping for topcoats. Does what it says on the tin
1930’s house that had old non breathable exterior paint that was peeling off. Heat gun had to be used with a scraper and then an angle grinder with a flap sanding wheel. Once prepared used PEEL STOP as a stabilising solution a being water based is a MUST for any wall like this before using Masonary paint. Absolutely brilliant. Put two coats of Peel Stop followed by 3 coats of White mason airy paint. Superb
Used Zinsser Peel Stop for the first time and its a really great product. Has problems with a section of wall peeling and bubbling when we tried to paint it. Removed all the peeling paint and prepped before applying Peel Stop and it has worked a treat.
Only thing I've found that allows me to paint over distemper and powdery paint
Great base primer coat. Seals complete. For finishing coat.
Never used before and it worked as it said on the tin.
