Great for a quick patch job but it does make a mess so you'll still need to cover the floor and any adjacent areas to prevent spillage. Needs 2 or 3 coats
easy to use but wear a mask and a hat! coverage from one can was about 2.5sqm, single coat.

The spray nozzle clogged up after only a few minutes use and more than half a tin left of paint. What a waste of money!
Great idea to be able to spray seal upwards, but unfortunately the nozzle continues to spit sealant out even if you stop spraying. The end result is plenty of mess and sealer on things to don't want it on. Also took 3 or 4 coats of spray to cover a simple water stain that had fully dried out. I won't be using it again - I'll stick to brush on Zinsser or another manufacturer's products.
I read all the reviews and while the vast majority were positive clearly one or two people had got in a real mess, so I took precautions and covered up and wore old clothes. I needn't have worried, it worked well although I had better technique with it at the end than at the beginning.
Perfect for task and spray control is ideal for control of spray in awkward spots.
Excellent product and the vertical nozzle is particularly easy to use on ceilings.

This stuff is brilliant, after a overflowing sink accident we had bad water stains on the ceiling, after one application they had completely disappeared, also blended well with existing paint so no need to paint over

Brilliant, does as it promises. For people complaining about the spray nozzle - you push it sideways and don't have to pull it down (see the picture on the front of the can). Admittedly, the instructions could be clearer on this, it's a little unusual!
Use it like that and it works fantastically well, and dries fast.
Should work well as other zinsser paints at holding back stains, provided the damp/water leak is minimal or has been stopped at source.
Main problem with this is it cannot be operated with one hand. Needs a good 2 handed grip on the can and the release, which is badly designed. You end up with paint on your hand!
Worse stuff I’ve used and hard to apply with the nozzle won’t buy this again.
