kept saying battery was low even though I replaced it 3 times.
after a battle the instructions form support did not fix it, had to buy a new one.
hope the rest of the system lasts a bit longer
I’m now on my third keypad. The functions in itself are fine but the numbers on the buttons used in the code wear out very quickly and no matter how many times I delete and add it back to the app the low battery warning returns within a day so. I’ve used many different brands of battery to no avail. Ergo, I have to replace the keypad every time I get the low battery warning.
Very flimsy control panel buttons feel cheap when pressed.
Set this up by the front door so I could easily arm the alarm when I went out. However if the main exit door is open it thinks there is a fault so you can’t set with a single key press. You have to override the fault by pressing twice. Not a big inconvenience but this will also override any other faults you may not notice/know about. Every other alarm I have used or fitted had a proper program which allows setting with the main exit door open- why not Yale? Can’t be that hard surely. Spent ages with support on this until they confirmed that is just how it works.
So now I use the phone app which makes this keypad totally useless
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So simple to use actually works better than the original
This is a replacement key Pad as the number on the old one wore a way

Bought a new one because the numbers had worn off on Our PIN numbers.
The app is fairly poor. Yale support via website isn’t greatest either. I’ve had the system for 3 years now and a battery is failing. Cannot find instructions for how to change the battery on the website. All about sales and support was a poorly done after thought.
It never works. If you reply to this keypad, it doesn't give you confidence in the alarm system.
Brilliant little wireless pad, very reliable and easy to pair and use
Needs an LCD display, poor design without one. Poor system control without system status feedback
Very simple to install and configure.
Saw mixed reviews on this alarm (especially regarding Yale support) and was unsure about purchasing but took the plunge and all seems good. I had to call Yale twice but got through in 5 minutes. Returned control panel to tool station who were very prompt in sorting problem out but turns out there was nothing wrong with it. Just say confusion on my side. The only qualm with alarm is volume of control panel bleeper when arming etc but that’s been mentioned enough by others. The alarm was easy to install and works well
Ideal if your main keypad control is located far from your entrance.
