Have returned the lock as key fobs very hit & miss

Ordered extra key tag fobs, instructions lacking or non existent on how to pair fobs to lock refers you to manual which has no instructions in on how to pair them up. Yale please get it together, oh for a key!!!!!!

I bought these to supplement the ones included with the lock. Long & short, after 3 hours in talks to the Yale call centre, it was concluded that these tags could not be added to the lock. The actual lock is also very disappointing for various reasons including the deletion of virtual keys when you replace your phone or delete the app.
