Excellent Smart Lock - used on both my rear and front gates making my property secure and easy to access. Easy to install and use.
Very poor keypad several attempts have to be made to make it work. The fobs work a treat . The App is temperamental to set up but once done it works well.
This is my second device following the previous one developing a lot of weathering cracks on the display. I was sceptical about this unit which looked slightly better made from pictures and I must admit that the screen certainly feels it has been upgraded and may not suffer with same issue.
After my initial struggle to set up , mixing my star and hash button up. It’s been working like a dream , very easy to set up and use.
Touch Screen doesn't work days after installation. Yale support providing contradictory information on causes and contradictory information about lock replacement.
Very great stuff , convenient and practical, now I don't need to use my physical keys or worried about losing them..
I have two of these smart locks, at two different locations. I have found that after around 2-3 years they start to malfunction intermittently, for instance not recognising inputted digits, causing issues with both access and reprogramming. I have had to replace them with new locks. This appears to be more than just bad luck, something to do with the manufacture.
Physical installation was easy but programming the device was slightly more challenging. The device seemed to not keep the programmed numbers until sent via the app . The fobs work well . Now after a couple of weeks we are gaining confidence with its performance and very happy with no longer having to use a physical key.
We have just replaced our perfectly good smart lock with a new one simply because the keypad became so crazed/ cracked we could barely see the numbers. Very frustrating that the keypad is not as durable as the lock itself.
Well pleased. Looks great and super easy to use Had fitted by local locksmith but would probably be ok for someone with diy skills to fit

Great lock. Been meaning to convert to one of these for a while. Reasonably easy to fit DIY. Paired it with a new Yale deadlock so a bit of door modification needed. But works a treat and great to pair with fob for easier access
I've used this model for ages - we manage a few properties, and these come very handy. The gripes I have:
- if the batteries are dead - your bypass battery is a 9-volt. Not optimal if you need it in emergency, middle of nowhere and middle of the night. A USB-C socket would do a better trick for a power bank. Or simply a mechanical key.
- impossible to check which slot has which code. Please implement a code review function.
Nicely made, substantial unit. Pretty straightforward installation and operation – does what you want it to do. Nice to have so many ways of operating it too.
This is the second Yale keyless lock I have fitted, the first one lasted approx five years before becoming faulty! This one although outwardly very similar has a number of improved features, key fob and keycard being the most obvious. If it lasts five more years I will be happy because as one who seemed always to leave my keys in the house this facility has been a godsend.
