Seems decent quality and is easy to fit , instructions could be better .
Changed this mechanism and the door locks worked perfectly and fairly easy to replace

Works better than the Winkhaus 3 hook 2 roller system I replaced. Instructions enclosed are very brief so need to watch YouTube videos to fill in the gaps.
Excellent Replacement lock for most standard lock replacement. Yale have a good system to place the locks in different orientations, lengthen or shorten the lock and also includes the jams too. There was a little time involved to set up, but is simple enough to do. I used a little lubrication on the slides, but that is just belt and braces on my side. A good replacement for a lock which failed locking everyone in the house!
Takes several hours to install due to having to cut out UPVC sections in the door and frame to install the locking mechanism and keeps, it is a different style lock than what was originally in the door.
Annoyingly after stripping out my old lock and attempting to install the replacement it turned out the lock retaining screw was too long and bottomed out on the rivet. All had to be re-packaged and my old lock refitted. Returned and a refund is in process but that doesn’t cover my lost time!
Lock works fine. Described as having 1 Keep, but box contained 3 separate keeps. Also it would be useful if the illustrations had a profile image with dimensions showing possible permutations of handle position including fixing bolts and spindle
Good item easy to fit. Unfortunately I must have given a returned one as screw's bag were opened and sellotaped back. Box was sellotaped back also. Some lose bits/screws without packaging in the box. Missing aesthetic plastic.

This system is a joy to use. It has almost infinate adjustment so you can replace UPVC espags with complete confidence .
Not exactly easy to fit but takes a bit of time could be down to the fact that the door is around twenty years old. The day after I fitted it the door would not lock so I spent an hour adjusting it this continued one of the roller adjusters came un riveted and would not maintain the position it was left in. I spoke to Yale's help line they could not offer a quick fix so I off my own back decided to re rivet it so that the adjuster would maintain position. For another week it played up every day needing adjusting and if I had not have disposed of the box I would have taken it back for a refund. If I could have rated it less than one star I would have, I eventually refitted the old Wink Haus mechanism.

I had purchased this lock and as it stated universal believing it would fit my current door but it didn't. The packaging this product was given was old and broken and the lad at the till apologised giving me in that state.
I took it back to the store for return and they refused to take it back stating this was not being returned in the condition it was sold :S even the guy who sold to me at the till refused to recognise me. I had asked the store manager to check the cctv recording for my claim and also to chekc the audio where the till guy apologised for the broken packaging.
I had put my trust as a customer on this company but £80 later, the trust is broken and money is lost. I am not a trader or professional just a simple next door guy who sometimes takes it upon himself for such mini and easy DIY projects.
Had been told that the manger will get back to me and Inform on ky return - angry and extremely disappointed - will definitely not use this company.
P. S- I had ordered exact lcok from a different supplier and managed to install the new lock with no effort.
The 1st one i got had been opened and some parts were missing. Once exchanged it was fine. Took a bit of work to fit but now it's fine
