Expected better from Yale only lasted a week and barrel innards broke so key was just spinning. £34 spent on additional keys required now wasted 😡
Replaced another Yale lock which wasn't the same. This one has a smooth turn and doesn't jam like the old one did. Had it about 14 days and happy so far. Only took about 5 mins to replace which was great. Only 4 stars as at this price it should have at least a kite mark or two.
Quality item, well priced and easy to install. Only gripe is it had just 3 keys whereas competitor had 5 and was cheaper. Got this ad I trust the Yale brand.

Great drop-in replacement for the old lock (key snapped-off on the inside so we couldn't get out) so we don't have to search for the key to let ourselves out in an emergency. Lovely smooth action and a good match for the existing door handle. Safer & more convenient

It did exactly what it was designed to do, the only downside was that being a branded lock, I could only buy keys to fit that make of lock. I needed 7 more keys and at £6.50 each it makes a door lock expensive.
