Excellent replacement lock and easy to fit just make sure to take the old one out and measure the distance for outer and inner thicknesses to ensure the middle section of the lock lines up
Needed this to replace worn out one on our front door.
This has a thumb turn on the inside which is much better than a key.
There were times when I arrived home and could not get in, as the key was in the lock on the inside, at last with this one that can never happen.
It works very smoothly and easy to fit and matches our door handle very well.
We also had just renewed our house insurance, and this has the British Kitemark stamped on it which agrees with the stipulations in our insurance to say that doors have to have kitemarked locks.
Comes with 3 keys which have a slightly larger head which might help people with arthritic fingers.
Only wish I had changed to this years ago.
Will also be doing so on our back door , in a few months time
Needed to change the lock and went with this. Great as I can't be be locked out because none can leave there key in the door by accident :-)

Have used Toolstation a few times now. On this occasion I did encounter a problem with billing but it was sorted out very quickly - can't fault the customer service.
Pleased with this lock. Operation of it is smooth and the door opens easily. The old lock had gradually been getting more difficult to open and it's only when I replaced it that I realised how bad it was.

Everyone should consider replacing any external door lock cylinders with thumb lock turn. So much more safer in the case of evacuation and easier to lock/unlock quickly on inside without scrambling around for a key.
