We had a stainless steel tall towel rail in our bathroom which hardly gave off any heat, and decided to have it changed for a designer radiater, our plumber had no problem fitting it and my husband loves the fact that we now have a warm bathroom, if i could i would have one in every room.

I bought this vertical radiator to extend a system of flat panel radiators. It looks good and is well made but disappointing heating wise. All of my panel rads heat up quickly but this vertical rad takes forever to produce useful heat. When my heating is working On/Off in short bursts, this rad remains cold. I've tried rebalancing my whole system but that hasn't fixed the problem. I think the problem is with the internal design which severely restricts water circulation. It may work better in a system comprising rads of a similar design but it doesn't work well with panel rads.
Decent radiator for peice, looks better in grey though, we ordered white but the one in the box was grey.
We received this radiator and had issues when the brackets were fixed, nothing was level, turns out it was the radiator!
Very smart - however it does take some time to warm up for the first time..

My daughter is really pleased with this radiator in her new kitchen, it fits in with the theme she wanted, the paint finish has a slight sparkle to it which she loved, gives off plenty of heat and the plumber had no problem fitting it

Good radiator but poor brackets. Going to adapt to stop small amount of movement at the top. I've fitted similar radiators in the past and the brackets have been much better than the ones supplied with this one .But radiator is good
Mounting kit not too robust. Rad takes a while to heat up. Early days to give a better long term opinion. Good value and well made on the whole.
Great looking product, easy for my plimber to install, gives off great amount of heat.
Delivered on time by Toolstation as promised on website. As radiators go, this one is very stylish and because it is slim it works perfectly in our narrow hallway.
I bought this for fitting during a kitchen refurbishment. The brackets are poor, difficult to line up, plastic inserts are useless. It was fitted on Saturday, on Sunday morning there was some water under it, I thought it would be a loose connection, I managed to find the leak while using my camera phone to see up the back. It was leaking from a welded join between the centre vertical and bottom horizontal, it was a rusty hole.
Stylish Radiator at excellent price, brackets could be improved, plastic expansion inserts do not fit and are impossible to keep in place when hanging rad. If brackets are able to be viewed from side then they are very unslightly and would be improved by the supply of a small cover to clip over. Otherwise good value for money
