This radiator arrived in packaging that looked already opened and resealed. The reason was obvious; damage to the paintwork so it had most probably been returned before. I studied Toolstation’s website and as instructed I returned it to my local shop. The shop, however, said that it was a direct-from-supplier item and they could not accept it. So I had to lug this heavy object back home and phone Toolstation’s head office. Toolstation’s response was immediate; the office is only open during working hours Mon-Fri. This was Saturday and Monday is a bank holiday. The local staff are good but the company seems to care little for its customers.
