Very little thread on the screws , resulting in difficulty when inserting 10mm cable
Fitted reasonably easily in relation to how close to the wall the original switch was placed. Works fine.
The best switch in the catalogue and still barely up to the job. too cheap, too flimsy, barely adequate.Why doesn't a company make a real old fashioned last forever switch?
As always Toolstation are competitively priced and products are of exceptional quality and customer service is second to none!
Replacement shower pull cord.fitted as a replacement, very clunky would not purchase again

Late buy , needed urgently, as previous buy from local DIY was poor quality. Went to local branch of Toolstation, had the one I wanted in stock. Quick service from pleasant staff(as always) and very good quality product. Now fitted and working. Top marks !

Does the job, but even though I ordered a 45A switch and it says this on the packet, it's a 50A switch inside. Also, doesn't catch the "on" every time, only every other time so you have to pull it a couple times to actually get it to work.
Somewhat rough in action just adequate, requires harder pull every other pull. ?
Excellent cheap pull switch but the screws for wires not strong enough after 3 hours attempting to get tight finally managed it. Will buy a more expensive one next time .
Sturdy mechanism but terminal screw slots very shallow, making tight fixing difficult.
Works well but is a little loud when pulling to turn it on.
We feel this product is not up to standard. Within a week it stopped working.
Good value, easy to fit as a replacement (despite me being a girl with no electrical know-how). The proof is in the pudding for how long it lasts.....

Broke after 6 uses. The plastic piece connecting the pull cord to the switch has broken in two, meaning I have to replace the thing again after just 3 days.
