Bought these as a replacement for the halogen ones. Good price in comparison. I read reviews prior to purchase and measured the gap the bulb needs to go into. As well as being longer, they're also thicker, right to the tip of the bulb. I managed to get the bulb in but the glazed cover is touching the bukb. Its also flashing, like it doesn't like the transformer. Probably go back to halogen..

Good replacement for halogen but only if light fighting has plenty of room. These are large bulbs, larger than the old halogen ones and i have been unable to replace the halogen type in small fittings such as cooker hoods.
It's a lamp, x3, LED, and it works. In a year or so I'll know whether it is designed to last.
Its a bulb - it lights up - what more can I say ?
I purchased it as it was on offer for spares.
They do the job. Just be mindful they are a little longer/taller than some others.
Good even light, not too strong a point light source. Yes, a little bulky, but within dimensions given in description. Only 4 stars as pins are a little soft for the job.

I was hopping with technology evolving non stop that nowadays LED G4 would fit in the cooker hood and the pelmet above the kitchen. But no, still too big.
Being a solid state LED lamp that contains electronics and reflectors, it is quite a lot chunkier than the halogen bulb it replaces. However, it just about fits my cooker hood that uses two of them.
Fitted in my lamps ok but one bulb was a dud contacted customer support but no reply
Difficult to get these now but the toolstation team were very helpful.
I bought these as replacement for existing halogen bulbs but they are a lot bigger and would not fit in the light fitting so I had to return them.
These were significantly bigger than a regular G4 bulb - so much so, it is very unlikely to fit typical under cabinet spotlight type fixtures (not a 1:1 replacement for a normal G4 bulb). Shame, but had to return them.
Decent bulbs, very small so i do wonder how they can cost a tenner!
These things are huge. I've seen smaller chandeliers. Completely useless for most G4 kitchen type fittings.
Unfortunately these are too wide to fit in decorative celing light, and too long to fit in under cupboard lamps, no unable to rate the brightness! Bulbs are 14mm wide and 33mm long
