These were bought as a replacement for similar items painted over in thick white paint. What a relief that the screw holes lined up!
Mechanism was a bit rough and ready but a drop of oil improved that, and after adjustment they work so well I've forgotten I ever fitted them!
When I added a sash lock to my shed, I replaced the existing "Wessex" latch handle with a "Wessex" 'Door Handles Lock Antique Black'. Not disappointed as the solid, heavy-duty build had been maintained by the manufacturer, 'Eclipse'. The only small problem is the supplied screws which are No. 4:16mm, these are too long, (for my door) striking the door lock before a screw is fully screwed in.

Nice looking design but the screw holes aren't desgned to fit a lock! They are too close to be clear of the lock mechanism within the door so screws don't go in. :-(

Handles were very good quality with strong springs however very disappointed with Parcel force waited in on day of delivery received text to say they had tried to deliver and left card this was not true and l ended up driving and collecting the next day
