This product is so useful when working at heights above head level. The adjustable height allows for easy access to ceilings for painting and electrical work on light fitting. A great alternative when step ladders are just too cumbersome for the job in hand.
If you need a hop up this one is adjustable and is far superior to any fixed height hop up.
Be comfortable, be safe, use best tool for the job.
I purchased this item as a respected brand and found when I was unpacking it from the heat wrap plastic I felt a slight snag to the palm of my hand, unbeknown to me a razor edge of metal was protruding from the locking mechanism, I only realised when blood was appearing on the deck from my hand, the cut was similar to a Stanley knife blade cut, and the unit had been poorly finished with grinder marks on this new unit especially on the locking mechanism, overall a good product but a bit rickety when your standing on it as it has considerably a lot of play, balance is importantly apparent so if you suffer from bad balance I would avoid, overall disappointed with the unit and build quality and although I reached out to tool station over the injury and quality issues no resolution has happened other than the email to revue the product, nice job to a loyal customer
I have bought 4 of these now. Very well built. I was unsure they might be too big. There a game changer for higher ceilings and with multiple platforms you can walk around working large areas on ceilings
I have been using this for redecorating our kitchen, plus other jobs around the house, and it is so much more flexible and safer than my previous smaller fixed height platform. The central handhold makes moving it around with the legs out very easy, as it is well balanced.
I only use my old platform for tight spaces, where this one is too long to fit.
Folding flat with individual adjustable legs make this a brilliant step up stool. It is large and slightly heavy but strong and doesn't wobble and feel unsteady like the cheaper ones

Couldn't be with out this item now. The adjustable feet come in handy more that you'd think. With the extra height, it can be used as a make shift table. Also off setting the feet to remain level is a real safe bonus. It's a little bulky when indoors, or when working in cluttered areas. Seems well made and high quality. It's a big jump up in price compared to the standard platform without adjustable legs. But worth the extra out lay in my opinion.
This is a good sized hop up. It's heavy too. It's quick release, one hand only locking device is very stiff and 6 months later it still takes two hands to unlock and move the legs. The centre handle plastic cover is very flimsy and easily broken and covers super sharp edges. It needs some minor redesigning to be good.
Great little platform, adjusts well, has a multitude of options
Been putting this purchase off, but working with 2.7m high ceilings. I am very impressed with the height, and relatively lightweight. Seems sturdy, and also doubles as a quick work platform if wanting to set up a chop saw for example. Suffers as all these do, from creaks and squeaks as you walk on it. Good long platform, so not so much changing position of the platform. Only issue is the steps are quite high to go up and down from. My old knees are not happy. I have gotten around this by setting a standard step up beside, so shortening the length between each step up.
bought this to bridge over plants and trim bushes and hedges. It was long enough to get over the plants and high enough not to damage anything. I will be using it in future to do decorating, window cleaning etc. Feels solid and well designed.
Great bit of kit very secure when locked in perfect height for those high Victorian walls
Absolutely love this product! Its a good height and can be used on steps as its heigh adjustable. Best feature for me apart from the length is how easy to fold and unfold with a handle slot in the middle for easy carrying.
