Buy the same product at almost the same price every year from Toolstation. I use it by leaving bowls of salt in every room in my static caravan over winter to absorb moisture.
Placing a few bowls of salt around the caravan will soak up moisture in the air and help to reduce damp. Tried and tested for 30+ years

Found it to be very expensive purchased two bags witch was 20kg for £20 something pounds went into bookers and £25kg was £13 including Vat
