If you''re looking to paint a large area such as a wall or fence panel, the Wagner Flexio 590 universal sprayer is the perfect choice. Use it to spray water-based or solvent-based liquids quickly and accurately, indoors or out – it speeds up any painting task and can cover 15 m² in just six minutes. The Wagner W590 system offers two spray attachments for low or high viscosity materials. You can also vary the air volume regulation to match paints of different viscosities. This sprayer uses Wagner''s X-Boost turbine for power and the patented I-SPRAY nozzle for extra-fine atomisation. It’s a combination that gives you the ability to work with any conventional materials – whether these are wall or wood paints, varnish or lacquer, the tool will apply products without any need for dilution. Its FLEXiO technology also helps to ensure uniform coverage. It''s a simple matter to take the spray gun apart for cleaning – always an important step when using any type of paint or varnish. The separable gun also makes it easy to change the attachments quickly. • Three nozzle settings – horizontal, vertical or round • Variable air flow with turbine for rapid application to get the job done quicker • Fully adjustable paint flow rate of 0-500 ml/min • Atomisation power of 25-200 W • 1300 ml tank for wall paints • 800 ml tank for lacquers and varnishes • Easy to take apart when it comes time to clean it • Changing attachments is quick and simple • Includes 1300 ml and 800 ml bottle, stirrer, replacement nozzle seal, funnel and case

Great bit of equipment very easy to use and to take apart to clean
I was struggling to paint a block wall with masonry paint. Someone suggested that this would make it easier. I thinned the paint but still couldn’t get it to fill the holes. The sprayer was ok at first but got increasingly messy as I used it. And it’s almost impossible to clean after use. I went back to using a paint roller.
Very bad design and mine's faulty! I will return it and surely will not buy this again. I have 2 Wagner spray guns- my beloved white one is 7 years old and seen better days and my small fence one, that recently broke. So I needed a gun very short notice and this is what they had in stock. Even though is not the biggest tank, it's very, very heavy on the hands. The air flow control kept moving, the amount of paint kept changing while switching hands....And the worst of it, you have no control over it. I do lines, not 8 figures and this is not a tool for that!!! It cakes the paint at the begining and the end of the lines. The cord lenght is a joke. It worked ok for almost 4 tanks full and then it began to spatter. I tried everything! Like everything for more than an hour. I could not make it work! It just put so much paint out....the mess I made with it! Horrible! So I went and took my old white one out and did the job with it. Very disapointed and it will be returned today. Save yourself the misery and avoid this design. But the one with the long hose!
Great bit of kit used it to spray are garden wall worked a treat.
It was ok at best - didnt do what was expected. The price reflected that.
This is absolutely a great bit of kit , its very easy to set up and clean , the paint finish was great
Design weakness - paint gets sucked into the motor don’t buy - there is a better product with a long hose between the sprayer and the motor - this one is good. I had to take back after one time use. After using up all the paint in the container, in taking it off to refill, the remaining paint in the sprayer pipe was sucked into the motor section (completely open inside) by capillary action.
Great little paint sprayer. Did a large garden wall in slightly diluted Sandtex emulsion no problem.Much less labour than a roller, cleaner, quicker and more fun.Highly recommend.
I have professionally spray painted in the past and was very sceptical about this but after a bit of adjusting wow blown away but the finish. I have used wood panelling and didn’t want the brush finish in all the corners this is perfect with a nice even coat
I have now used the Wagner for doors, internal ceilings band furniture top coats. It’s simple to use and provides a great finish.
Great for home use, but it’s hard work. Be prepared.
A real time saver. Easy to use. A very good product
Very for small jobs done the fence
In no time straight from the tub.
Kitchen doors next with the other spray gun.
Bought this for spraying very rough external house walls, used with santex smooth masonry paint with 10% water dilution, excellent coverage with no clogging of sprayer. Also used santex, fine masonry paint which is slightly textured with a grain, the sprayer held up for long periods of spraying, before a quick un-click of nosle to wash through with water to un-clog. The sprayer function remained useful and beneficial despite clogging. I would recommend this product and glad I purchased.
This is a great product. Used to paint a large cabinet. Once set up correctly worked perfectly
Disappointing results. Difficult to get a consistent spray pattern, patchy finish and very heavy to hold. Not very quick to use and frankly we went back to using a roller and brush which was much quicker.
If you can create the perfect sealed environment, this thing is great. However, even after closing internal doors, the very fine paint dust found its way to EVERY part of the house. But with practice and hours of preparation it gave good results. Would have been quicker with a brush and roller!
Easy to use, nice and simple to set up. I've only had a couple of goes with it using kitchen cupboard paint. The finish is OK, I haven't got it super smooth yet, there is still some texture on the finsih, but I think I need to work on it some more.
I used the sprayer with cuprinol to spray a log cabin. It worked amazingly well! 3 coats of paint within an hour, and the cabin was a block colour by the time I was finished. The smaller sprayer has been used to apply deck oil/stain and works brilliantly as well.
It’s a really good bit of kit. Does a room in no time, but is a bit thirsty on the paint. Thinning it out and tweaking the material density dial helps.
