I purchased this product in Dec 2025, we are now in Feb 2026 and the slinky bit has holes it leaking all over the floor so no this product is poor
This connector fitted well and did not leak. I have supported it as best I can to prevent too much flexing and hopefully prolong its life. In hindsight perhaps traditional fittings would have been better for me as it went under the floorboards. If it fails I might have to go under the floorboards again. I shall put a bucket under it just in case.
Perfect fit and easy to install, very robust, looks good as well.
Great price, worked well. Not a hint of a leak, lubricate the rubber! it makes installation much easier.
This was a replacement for a flexible waste that had failed, easy to fit and well constructed.
The design of this differs from other brands as the internal pipe is relatively smooth and not ridged like others so less likely to catch blockages.
Hi, Like everything in live it have two Seite. Yes the Installation is dead easy. But is there Rats around you can't use it. I worket in a concil building wher rat's running behind the hole walls, I replace the existing flex connector and between 1 hour the rat's have bitten it again, ther is somfing that rat's like
Happy with this purchase, fitted perfectly on outlet of toilet pan. Good quality product supplied by local Toolstation which replaced old fitting were seals had start to perish. Easy to fit and and ideal for an enclosed toilet system.
This is a no nonsense radio it flexi pan connector, I’ve used several on the past and they have never let me down, excellent value for money, highly recommend.

Good product at a competitive price. A detailed drawing showing the measurements would have been useful. Be aware - the length quoted is the overall length and includes the end fittings. So, if you need 700mm actual expansion the product will be too short!

Easy to use on bathroom refit . Pie work was short & slightly out of alignment for new back to back toilet this did the job adequately.
