Syphon appeared to be a well built unit. Instructions are clear and easily understood. Fiitting unit was hassle free and everything fitted and works as it should. Working perfectly and happy in the knowledge that the next time the diaphragm stops working then replacing it will be a relatively easy job. Would certainly recommend this syphon.

This is a great design and shows what a bit of imagination in design can achieve. The ability to service this from above without having dismantle the cistern is a game changer
Very good product, took 15 minutes to install (not including time to dismantle old flush). Installed in a consealed cistern which is boxed in tiled surface. Hopefully will no longer need to disconnect pipework just replace parts as it is flexible with removable from top.
Very happy with the new syphon, dual flush and if the diaphragm needs to be replaced you dont have to remove the cistern from the pan to gain access

Replaced syphon in two identical cisterns at home using this for one and a more expensive Thomas Dudley unit for the other, but both adjustable and both demountable for easy maintenance.
Pros: simple, easy to install and adjust, sealed first time without leaks, good quality, clear instructions, design was better than the Dudley unit in a couple of ways, and was better value, removal simple. The supplied c-link was a sensible length for the unit.
Cons: the curved lip on bottom of the syphon unit uses up space in a tight cistern layout where the bottom fill valve is at same end, the water saving mechanism doesn’t seem as convincing as the Dudley unit.
Has adjustable height reducing the amount of water per a flush.
Really easy to put in cistern and the fact its adjustable means it fits like a dream.
