I don’t normally leave reviews but this product is so bad and not fit for purpose. The pan seal comes loose very easily when fitting. The soil pipe seal is also quite loose. Viva products are normally ok but this product needs to be replaced with an updated design.
Staff were very helpful - was in and out very quick as had a leek at home and needed the part urgently and I was stressing
Straight pan connector long enough to to make fitting easy but the seal was not that great so had to buy a different brand
Rubbish, rubber seal came off when installing, had to re-use the old one, which worked fine
Total waste of money, as soon as you push it onto the back of the pan the seal pops out even with plenty of lube on it
Returned not required for the job. There was no problem with the item. Don't open the packaging as sanitary items can't be returned if you do.
Not as good as i hoped, when pushed onto the toilet outlet, the rubber seal, worked out of the plastic and if not noticed would have caused a nasty leak. Think this issue requires addressing.
Absolute garbage fitted it leaked out everywhere The rear seal is not tight to the connector I have to silicon the resale to the connector absolute garbage do not buy.

Fitted this as per instructions and the rubber insert came straight off and water leaked over the floor. Then i read some reviews on this product and seems im not alone. Avoid this and buy macalpine. I bought the 260 mm macalpine version. Fitted straight away didn’t leak a drop didn’t need any sealant either.
Excellent straight equal toilet pan connector, needed to shorten by 30mm and then push fitted into flexible bend. Tried all the local Plummingagents to no avail, should have gone to Toolstation first. 👍
Not overly impressed. The gasket for the pan connector was very rigid. I offered it up square but popped out of the rim. After pulling the toilet out again and reseating the gasket there was still a weep front the collar around the gasket. Needing a sealant. Not ideal.
The male seal fits into 110 mm soil pipe and the fins are big enough to allow some flexibility of alignment. The pipe is easily cut to length. Silicone grease is essential when fitting the female seal to the pan as it's a reassuringly tight fit.
Not great , had to use this because of the gap from pan outlet to asbestos soil pipe. Normally use mcalpine but the cap end came off , clipped back on but it ended up with a slow drip. Tight gap so had to put sealant over the top .. not ideal tbh . If this does it to you then put some sealant between the rubber and the top cap . I’ll stick with mcalpine
This product works and is value for money, easy to fit.
Poor quality - end outer seal is not a tight fit and internal seal comes off easily
Very poor quality rubber sealing ring. Came detached whilst adjusting. Thankfully did not happen with final fitting. Purchased a Mcalpine unit which was far superior in every way AND cheaper
Rubber seal too weak and deforms when attempting to insert into pipe. Alternative make workd first time.
Every time I put it over the toilet connector the rubber came out inside
Rubber seal comes off as soon as you push it onto the toilet, tried about 10 times before giving up, I just wish I looked at the reviews before buying. Complete waste of time and working hours. Dont bother, buy McAlpine instead
the seal will come of and NOT seal when installed normally and leak everywhere, the only way to fit these is to put top plastic seal on loo spigot first then the rubber seal then the plastic pipe and clip it all together and look down pipe before fitting loo to double check the seal
