A seal was missing. The compression seal washers were missing. Flash had not been removed properly from the mouldings which could have prevented the seals working properly and potentially damaged the seals
Easy to fit & does the job. I brought 2 and one of them had 2 spigot washers and no coupling nut, so now I have the inconvenience of having to go and change it.
Well made and a good fit overall, would have been perfect in a " new installation "

Easy to install and adjust but the washers are very flimsy and get caught easily when tightening up
Replacing an old waste system with this inexpensive kit. All parts, seals etc in the kit. Adjustable height and span feature made fitting very easy.
Compared to another very well known plumbing manufacturer, this is utterly inferior. Poor flimsy seal deformed white ribbed one. Have just gone and ordered the better one. Big mistake won’t do that again.

Rubber seals are very thin like elastic bands, i managed to seal eventually however i don't know how long the seals will last
