Lock is satisfactory and a good fit. Purchased to replace an almost identical lock that had become damaged.
Lock seems to be well made at a fair price no reason not to buy if it is the size of lock your require.

Asked in store for help to identify the correct ERA 5-lever lock as a replacement to one which became faulty. Successfully located correct product. Located another equivalent product for collection in Horndean. So very helpful. 5*.
Natty little item. Replaced previous similar item that gave up the ghost after some 25 years of continuous use so pretty reliable I would say. Very useful that after all this time you can still just swap them out for a new one. 👍

I needed a new lock for an external door, but didn’t want to pay too much
Website does not have measurements for all dimensions so picked up 2x locks that either need to go back or I need to chop more out. Somewhat disappointing :-(

Easy to install, but this is my second one as the first failed within a couple of years and needed to replace like for like. May not be suitable for use in exterior doors.

Initially worked fine, but within a few days one of the original keys has become iffy - needs to be jammed all the way in to fully engage and turn the lock
Simple replacement purchased , did the job. However 3 keys would be appreciated instead of 2.
