just what we wanted but once fitted the finish wasn't great.as you could see daylight as it didn't seal 100% to itself in the closed position.poor finish/quality from factory.Probably should of returned it but needed to finish job and spending time and £7 on diesel to return it didn't make sense
Ordered on line to make sure it was available (only one in stock). The item was faulty and the assistant didn’t seem very interested, he advised me that they were available at the next nearest branch which would have been a round trip of at least 60 minuets.

Poor quality and lets in rain water around the letter opener as its not flush with the outside plate.
Exactly what I wanted. Replaced old shabby brass letter plate with this nice silver one. Looks great and was super easy to fit. (As long as the size is exactly as previous one)
Pleased I found this replacement on Toolstation, painted the door and replaced old pitted letter plate with shiny new chrome, now I have kerb appeal!
Quite strong and snappy, and a little sharp on some edges, but a good solid piece and looks good.
