Got two of these. One is good and functions well but the other is very stiff and difficult to open, not a huge issue as it's inside of an interior door so more for show but if it were for the outside I definitely would have returned it.
Looks very nice but is a bad design and very thin and flimsy. Not really usable. It can’t sit flush with the door as the top where the flap hinges sticks out at the back and it doesn’t smoothly rotate so the flap gets stuck often. Looks nice but flawed. Will be changing for a higher quality item.
Poor stock control. Second time now I buy online, get confirmation email, text to say it’s ready to collect and when I get there the item isn’t there. Yes I am refunded but the stock control systems are rubbish.
Good value,.though the extra large envelope that it was delivered in probably.cost more than the product

Small and neat. Low cost solution to privacy and draughty problem. Not the most robust item as metal is pretty thin but does the job just fine.
i bought these a few years back for my front door and they were really good quality, nice and thick with a good finish. Bought another in the last couple of weeks and now they are just pressed metal junk, nothing like as pictured...it went straight in the bin

Very lightweight and flimsy feeling. Front plate very tight and doesn't slide. Doubt you could actually get fingers around it to move when it's fitted. Visually looks OK but in practice would be rubbish. Won't be fitting it myself.
Simple item does the job it's meant to do, screws are very soft so be careful not to ruin them
Good was needing two for one door, the joke part is I had to get them delivered as none in stock, now two of them could of fitted in a padded envelope and sent to me; No no no massive box like the size for trainers.
