This was bought to keep a light weight item of electronic equipment in place on a flat surface. It’s very good at its job.
Tried glue to stick onto bedroom cabinet but failed as odour caused allergic reaction. Looked online and found Velcro double sided tape and so easy to install. Cut to length and it stayed on so easy, job done. Strong enough to hold plugs and extension board. Great buy.

The velcro aspect of it works a treat, an absolute innovative treat. The sticky underside (the side where you need the velcro to actually stick to a surface) was an impossible mindfunk - it was less sticky than a nun's...
Anyway if you enjoy spending over £6 to stick 2 pieces of velcro together for no other reason than simply that, you've struck gold.
Excellent self adhesive Velcro solution, very strong both self adhesion & Velcro system.
Adhesion was quite poor and failed to secure the lightweight wall fitting
Bought this strip velcro picture hanger to attach a cork notice board to the wall. It seemed overkill to drill and plug the wall in the traditional style, so this velcro strip did the job in about 5 mins, and there's plenty left over for other similar jobs. Seems very secure, I'm confident it would work for similar 40cm x 60cm pictures, so long as the frame isn't heavy.
