Perfect and much thicker bolts than the ones broken so will not fail as the others did

Perfect if seat has straight through bolts to the bowl. Well made rubber bungs with metal screw insert allows tight fitting with less fear of cracking the bowl. Did a perfect job on our loo seat - nice and tight with no wobble now

These are great for attaching your toilet seat, unlike the set that comes with the toilet seat, someone in the toilet seat manufacturing company thinks plastic nuts will work as well as the brass nuts in these replacements

I had searched a lot of Plumbing outlets that dont stock this very cost effective repair fixing kit well done for stocking it.
Just what I needed at short notice to replace the original fittings on a soft-close toilet seat. Shame these were twice the price of the euivalent on a well known internet action site, but needed them straight away, and - credit to Toolstation - they're not available at SF

I thought it had finally found a permanent solution for the constant loosening of my aged mothr in laws toilet seat, but unfortunately this kit was totally inadequate for the job. Maybe it's only suitable for certain designs of toilet, but not for this one. Also, there are no instructions at all of how to fit them. Ended up improvising with something totally different.

Got this to fix a loose toilet seat. Took a few tries but eventually got it to work. Did the trick.
Bracket on back to wall toilet seat came loose and while trying to unscrew something fell to floor within the toilet. Thought I was going to have to move toilet to retrieve it but looked on this site and found this nifty little product. Fit and replaced in less than 5 mins and seat very secure again. Top inexpensive solution. Too early to judge how long it will last but the sturdy rubber bung looks like it will do the job for a long time compared to the original plastic bung.
