Well made but poor quality chrome unfortunately, only parts of it were chrome

I really like these tubular latches. I find them easier to use than Jigtech ones, plus you get your own choice of handles.

Easy to install with minimal equipment and skill. Simple flat bit holes and you are done. Not chisel work needed

This is the third time within 2 years I have had to replace this lath, that is poor quality.
Easy to fit, grips perfectly, well manufactured and very low cost a good buy.
Easy to fit, no chiselling out just a 25mm drill needed, it looks great and operates very smoothly
I bought these when renovating a pair of flats. Out of 13 latches, 6 have failed within the first year. One failed whilst the door was closed, luckily we were on the correct side of the door when it happened as it could've meant one of us being trapped in the bathroom for hours!

I brought 4 of these around 9 months ago, they were pretty quick to fit, minimal chiselling and I thought they looked better however than the usual options. ... The screws on the receiver are useless, stupidly soft. Do yourself a favour and buy some screws if you do insist on buying this. One latch has failed, bad timing with it, but this seems to be a common problem with these. Just search for the product reviews....do not buy, stay well away

Advertised as polished brass. They are not polished brass but “brass plated” .
