I had two older unused union 5 lever locks which were fitted and decided to buy 2 new ones for another door i was slightly disappointed with the new ones over the old ones ,the quality wasn't as good with thinner components and a looser lock when operating with a key to the point where have fitted miss matched brands and fitted an old yale lock and i have put the new union locks on the shelf .they can be used but not on a door i want stronger security on.

Top quality product. Wish I could have used it but due to lost keys being found returned for a refund which was very straightforward .
Lock kit is complete with all fixings and even an escutcheon. However, dropped a star as the key shafts are too short.

Toolstation appear to have a good selection of mortice locks, but there is insufficient information available about them. I have chosen an expensive alternative from a rival supplier, which is a shame, as I am certain toolstation stock what I need. It would help sale if Toolstation updated these items with the details needed for accurate identification and selection.

Good quality locks, well made and feel a quality item. Striker plates aren't quite symmetrical so mark top for ease of fitting.
