Two weeks ago I purchased £170 of underground piping and the service was abysmal. I received the order in two deliveries over 3 days which I was not told about.
Thursday night before the 9pm deadline I ordered more 160mm piping for me to collect on the promised next day collection service. When I went to the store which is a 20 mile round trip only the fittings were there and no pipe. I still have heard nothing from Toolstation on what is happening about the pipes.
A truly very rubbish service.
