Used chamois leathers before when cleaning car. This is a good sized one and will do job easy enough. Good quality leather too.
It's quite large chamois leather. You can cut easily strips out of it, especially if you need to clean watches and glass frames
Not the biggest chamois I’ve owned, but not bad for the money. Feels a little thinner than I would normally like, but as it’s for cleaning highly polished wood table tops and not car body paintwork, that’s ok.
I ordered my chamois on line, so when I collected it, I was a little disappointed. It’s quite small compared to what I’m used to. However, for the price, it’s good value and as a chamois leather, it’s good quality and does the job very well. I was able to chamois off two cars fairly swiftly, with perfect results. I can buy 3 of these, with change, for what I paid for my last (very large, professional) chamois.
I can’t yet comment on how well it will last, only time will tell.
Real chamois leathers seem to be less easily available these days, as supermarkets appear to have gone over exclusively to synthetic versions, but I still find a good quality chamois gives the best finish.
The picture makes it look as if the chamois is a large rectangle. Some might be, but mine had a large slice out of one corner so it was almost triangular, certainly not the size it alludes to be. Good quality though, but it would be more helpful if there were minimum dimentions.
