A nice easy to fit shower, especially like the swivel water connection that allows left out right hand water supply.
The shower arrived very quickly - the box was damaged by the shower was not and it had been a very low clearance offer, so happy with that. Installation was a simple replacement of an identical unit that was scaled up with hard water. However, the shower was leaking internally. examination showed a small piece of plastic drilling swarf from manufacture was stuck under the edge of the heat control knob spindle. We whipped that out with a small pair of pliers and it's worked perfectly ever since - luxury! Overall a great purchase and outcome, would buy again - will probably need to, as the water quality hasn't improved.
Rubbish does not work and brand new , having to wait for triton to come out to fix it. Brought on the 17 October having to wait until 4 November until it’s fixed, being disabled, can’t have a bath , that’s why I need a shower. Not a happy costumer
Broke after 5 months, emailed Toolstation for advice and was ignored, visited the store instead and was told it would need an engineer visit from Triton which I had to arrange myself which I did, Triton came out and repaired it which to be fair to Triton was quick and easy but having to chase Toolstation and then being ignored was rubbish service.
On a side note, whilst in store I asked about the warranty on the item, Toolstation online says 2 years which is supplied by Triton (fair enough) however Toolstation online also says the first 12 months is with them, when I visited the store I was told 6 months, I showed the assistant in store the website states 12 months, to which she said "that's annoying because we're told 6 months" either way my shower broke after 5 months and I needed Triton to fix it...so Toolstation actually supply 0 months then?
Overall, the shower is OK despite breaking after 5 months, it can happen I suppose and perhaps I've just been unlucky there but I'd think twice about buying from Toolstation in future, warranty situation is confusing and misleading and I really didn't appreciate being ignored by them in the first instance.
Good product although I bought the wrong one, works as it should.
After finding out our first triton purchase leaked and then having a lengthy conversation with Triton (while stood in toolstation, where I'd purchased it from), who's policy it was to not accept returns of items that had had water pass through them. They finally agreed to follow consumer rights so I could exchange the item. So be aware!!
Now that it's installed, it a good reliable shower.
Hi not impressed at all regards my purchase. Once the shower was installed it was found to be faulty . I took the shower unit for a replacement or a refund as the unit has a 2 year warranty. The counter assessment focused both requests . He showed me a message on his computer saying once the product was used it can't be refunded / replaced although your website states 2 year warranty. I think rhis is totaly unacceptable.

Bought as replacement for a previous triton shower, easy to fit, no need for any holes to be filled and redrilled as fitted in exactly same holes as previous one.

Bought shower to fit but was faulty so tight and charge me 160 quid to repair it because they said metal fragments had pasta filter that was fitted in the shower causing solenoid valve not to work therefore it was my fault and invalidated the guarantee but how if filter was fitted do the metal fragments pass it

Tool station exchanged this model shower for us as the original Triton shower was leaking internally. We had the original shower installed 4 months ago. Hopefully the replacement will last longer than 4 months. I have been installing Triton showers for years as the build quality was always good. Having read other reviews I may have to look at other shower models.
