Cover wouldn’t fit properly and no power and didn’t get very hot
Installed first one and it failed after a couple of months (one of the element wires melted so smoke was coming out of it when in use) - not great - fitted a replacement 1 month ago so will see how it goes. They are easy and flexible to install so that a plus. One other gripe is that the temp dial can be placed in any position on the spindle - they usually have a key so can only fit on in one particular position - so check the temp dial have full range after fitting the front cover on

Third Triton shower that has developed a fault and well within the guarantee period, however said guarantee simply isn't worth the paper it's written on. Too many stipulations required before "a Triton engineer" will attend; namely water isolator has to be inside the property, even though many properties will only have a 'stopcock' located in the street. Moreover the wait times for an engineer can be in excess of a fortnight, not feasible when bathing cannot be undertaken, particularly with children in tow. In summary I would not recommend Triton due to continued unit fault issues and Triton's intractable customer services.
Ordered the shower Tuesday and an immediate email confirmation saying it will be ready for “next day delivery”. It wasn’t available until Friday! On contacting Toolstation customer support, they just blamed Parcelforce. Not really good enough - my contract was with Toolstation.
Great price 9.5kw Triton Riba shower easy to fit swapped as my last Triton T80 shower gave up after 14 years I hope this one lasts as long
No issues so far with this shower, it is very easy to operate and has good pressure. The temperature gage is accurate so you are able to have it as hot or cold as you like, very pleased with my purchase.
I chose the Triton riba due to the amount of water being delivered through the shower, after positioning the dials by pulling them off and resetting them it was easy to set when having a shower, and wow brilliant reminds me of a power shower works brilliantly two showers in my house now and I don't mind which one to use ( dam good bye) I would recommend, and very affordable.
Bought shower wire inside on switch burnt out electrician said fault with component inside tool station refused to help because it was just over 30 days since we had it .refused refund or replacement said we had to contact triton showers , Think having sold it they should under circumstances offered a replacement or refund

We got this to replace our old Triton 8.5 shower we'd had for 10 years and was a really good price. This 9.5 version was easy to fit, being the same size and connections. It feels a bit more powerful and is easy to opperate. Hoping it lasts another 10 years. It's a highly recommended Triton by us.

Easy to install but not very hot or powerful. Lasted 4 months then would only run luke warm

Not the best shower I have had but cheap . Flow rate poor , easy to install. Basically you get what you pay for .
