Seems to be a good sharp cutter - I've been using it to make 2.5 cm deep mortices in some garden furniture I'm making.
Needed a bottom cut cutter, fitting Piano hinge, the ones I have already are rather sad, actually went to buy some Toggle catches, in passing mentioned router cutters. Typical of the North Walsham crew in a moment there was a cutter on the desk, fantastic people, always my first choice

Fitting new oak doors, I needed to fit a couple of slide locks in two pairs of internal french doors. Perfect tool for the job and the locks fitted like a glove.

Really disapointed, managed 1 cut with the bit to insert a track to the underside of a door, by time i went to do the second, the bit seemed to struggle and kept catching/kicking back. Last 6inches had to be done with a oscillating multi tool as the bit was causing too much damage and was completely unreliable at that stage
