Easy to apply and sealed the roof pretty good. Used a roller.
Easy to apply and brush cleanup with water. Had to use urgently on flat garage roof at a temperature below the instructions, but still made a marked improvement. Will give a second coat when the weather improves!
I bought one 3 weeks ago had a leak on garage felt roof. Waited till a dry day in the morning . About 8 c mixed up and painted on About 1m. Square. Next day went in and it all had run off roof on the floor. It had rained that night.. it was everywhere mixed with water. Took it back to toolstation Alder rd bh12. .they didn't want to know .said I shouldn't have put it on under 10c .. just looking for excuses.. .so much for there 1 months money back guarantee. Only wanted to swap for something that worked. .so I purchased blackjack roof seal that works well. Not impressed with toolstation. £35 out of pocket.
As always does what it says on the tin staff very good
Well we have had a few problems with a polycarbonate conservatory roof after next-doors aerial punched a hole in it followed soon after by 2 house bricks that had been used to hold down soffits Instead of being clipped into place properly
Repaired holes as best we could sticking perspex pieces over holes and cracks but couldnt stop persistant leaks
Used thompsons 10 year roof seal using 2 coats using a small roller and brush to completely cover the whole roof has completely repaired the leaks even after torrential rain
Intend to do another 2 coats with the grey version to reflect heat as soon as a suitable dry day comes around
I put this on an old flat concrete roof. Two coats and the leaks seem to have gone away.
Great ptoduct painted flat roof over a weekend went on no problem
Have been using Thompsons Roof seal for the past 4 years on a large flat roof. Started with seams and repeated to cover complete. No leaks considering the amount of rain.
have used item before excellent and this tin was good value
Excellent product, have used before, does what it says on the tin, would highly recommend.
Excellent product, only just applied so it hasn’t stood the test of time but it seems to do as it says on the tin so far, leak free roof.
Easy to apply, good coverage and stopped the leak, even though it was on a rough concrete surface. Did apply several coats on the areas with cracks though.
I used Thompsons 10 Year Roof Seal for the first time to stop a leak in my shed's flat roof and so far it looks to have done the job.
So far so good been good in the rain that we have had will see how it does in the winter
Stopped the leak and was easy to apply, great value for money.
Covers felt very well. It also covers metreage stated on tin. Would definitely recommend.
Expensive but well worth the money, very happy customer. Dried very quickly too.
