Good product and exact replacement for part I required available to collect immediately from store.
Replacement flush valve for a WC cistern with buttons at the top. It fitted fine and seemed to work well until I noticed the water leaking from between the cistern and bowl during a flush. So, had to remove the cistern again to fit a new doughnut seal, the old one was too squashed. So, back to the shops.

Dudley Niagara Dual Flush Valve is something I buy every couple of years, easy to swap out existing valve, with a simple turn. You don't need to remove the bottom part and seal, meaning you don't need to take the cistern off. Why I always buy the same part, just swap when valve stops working, keep a new spare in the cupboard

Looked great but... (note to self: 2" bsp is the INSIDE diameter). Easy return process as I picked up a different flush valve.

seems solid enough but flush button assembly is the worst design I have seen as a plumber took me longer to put button then take toilet apart and put back together

This product looks superbly made and it is except, for me anyway, the direct mechanical flush assembly. I could not get a smooth operation of flush that someone with bad arthritis could consistently operate. I swapped it out for a pushbutton cable operated unit.
Easy to fit and does what it's want to although be careful when you snip the push plastic straps as these are fairly easy to snap and may be too smal
Product worked perfectly,unfortunately there was a small part missing the box had clearly been opened.I was able to use the part from the unit I was replacing so all well in the end
This was a replacement unit. When I fitted it it went in fine. I bought the new fitting bolts aswell as mine were corroded.
The down side is the flush part didn’t work so I had to undo all the top plastics to re-seat the press button part for the big flush. Basically it’s a plastic piece that was out of place. Quick click back together and it is now fully working with no issues now.
