Good range of adjustment for length and angle. The arm feels well made and rigid. No rubber washer supplied is the only minus.

Great product, easy fix for an old toilet with leaking ball valve, fully adjustable to put the old ball exactly where you want it in the cistern.
My mothers cistern overflow had apparently been dripping for several months and was getting worse. I took a look and discovered the plastic nut had split, effectively making 2 nuts! so the back pressure when the ball valve was closed, caused the cold water feed to leak through the nut. Tried all over the place to get a new connector between the cold water feed and ball valve, but had to buy a whole new ball valve which included the connector. This unit was very well made, very easy to adjust the length of the arm, and super easy to install. The original float fit on it perfectly. Looks and feels very robust, unlike others I saw, so I'm sure it will last a long time. I definitely recommend it.
Needed a new inlet valve, and for the money you can't go wrong with this. Feels like good quality for the money, although it is quite noisy when filling the cistern,
Package had been opened and the washer was missing, hadn't got time to take it back as picked up for someone who was repairing the cistern. Bad that they accept returns without checking everything is there before reselling it

Needed a new float valve as had a water hammer issue, this was fairly easy to fit and did the job.
I bought this for my sister as her system ballcock kept sticking due to rubbing on the overflow pipe outlet.
The arm is not only adjustable in length but the ball can also be rotated left to right, so it will fit any system.
I also bought one of these for a watering system in my greenhouse last year which had a very small system box.
It has been working for 2 years now with no problems. Prior to this I had a mini valve which was forever giving me problems with not shutting off, so I am glad I was able to change to this.
