Very disappointed with Toolstation customers service. Was supposed to be a next day pick up at the shop but had to wait one week to receive any form of communication. Customer service did not even offer a voucher for next purchase for the inconvenience. They are just going to refund the money and it takes up to 7 to 10 days to get the money back. Very bad service

A low cost shower that works very well

When installing make sure the pipes are 100% 150 MM apart as even 2mm out, the shower fixings won’t fit

The shower it’s self is not bad for the money.
However the after sales from the manufacturer was terrible a very poor understanding of how there product works and a bad attitude. Take it back to tool station was all they could say . Fortunately toolstaion was as usual professional and replaced product .
