Purchased to line the ceiling in my garage, the self adhesive strips helped to hold it up. Add some staples and aluminium tape to finish

It was very easy to use and cut to size and good quality
I used this to cover a utility room polycarbonate roof. This was principally to cut down on the heat in the summer. Up to 35°C sometimes. Using it on the inside of a roof I added two extra strip of double sided adhesive tape, also from Toolstation, to stop it sagging. I just hope the heat in the summer doesn’t melt the adhesive and it falls off!
We got this to help keep the ferret warm in his hutch and you get plenty on a roll, we were able to cut it to size and do every part of the hutch, and we still have half a roll left.
Easy to cut but not enough adhesive tape. Only 2 strips of tape along the top and bottom so if you need to cut round obstacles you need to buy a roll of double sided tape too!

Seems to be good quality, guaranteed with the foil tape sealant, and easy to install. I bought this to insulate an external cat house for my ex-feral boy cat, who cannot be allowed to roam, but I am unable to connect another means of warming/cooling the house for him. The link to installation videos was definitely needed, as the description of the product installation seemed to imply multiple layers to achieve full insulation. Watching the video showed it was only clarifying overlapping sections of the foil to cover the full area required. I was also able to purchase the sealant tape, which made an easy one-stop shop, and have it all delivered free. Bonus.
I used this to block out sunlight on a south facing polycarbonate roof.
It also help to regulate the temperature abit as well.
