I fitted this radiator, which involved creating 5 holes in my bathroom wall panels, 4 of them quite large to take Fischer cavity anchors.
I had an electrician come out to wire it into a fused spur, only to find that the radiator is faulty and doesn't power on!
So I boxed it back up to return, and found that I have to mess about filling in an online support ticket to request a return, and now Toolstation are having to reach out to the 3rd party supplier to await their instructions?!
So I'm £60 down for an electricians call out - which I'll still have to pay for again when I do get a suitable replacement, I've got 5 holes in my bathroom wall panels that I hope I can find a replacement radiator with the same mounting points, and I'm stuck with a dead radiator until the supplier authorises the return!
