Good price, delivered quickly, these stepladders are as described, light as a feather but stable. Ideal for the 'house' step ladders.
Solid to use when opened up. Platform rattles when being transported. Plastic end caps on steps already broken when unwrapped but needed to use it right away otherwise would have returned it.

Ladder arrived with two of the very flimsy plastic orange protectors on the ends of the steps broken off. As this was the third ladder I've bought that was damaged I couldn't be bothered to return it so have glued them back and filed the sharp metal corners. Not happy with the finish. Could have done better elsewhere. Disappointed.
After a glitch over wrong delivery date, which was soon short out by Toolstation Support Team. My order arrived. Very pleased with the new step ladders. Just the right height for use inside the house. Both sturdy and safe. Light to move and carry to where required. If these last as long as our old Aluminium step ladder it will be and added bonus. Not the colour as advertised but that's not detriment. Would certainly recommend these ladders and Toolstations service.

Excellent light but sturdy easy to menouver around good safety features.
I bought this ladder to enable cleaning the inside of my Victorian shaped conservatory. It enables me to reach the highest point without stretching and feels safe to use. It is also very light to lift around and to store. For light work this is just the ticket.
Just the right height for carrying through the house without hitting the ceiling but tall enough for me to work within the 11 ft peak of the conservatory. Feels very stable to work on.
nice and light but also stable. easily carried up stairs to access loft / ladder. I am 66 year old female ( but not a frail old flower !) so ideal for me...and absolutely love the orange trim... very cheerful
