Brilliant solution for an old tap, was not looking forward to replacing it.
The perfect washer to solve a long term dripping tap problem on a very old tap.
These washers got me out of trouble. They were similar to the ones out of a different make of tap, but I cut down the stem to get an exact fit.
Very large size 3/4 does excellent Job on kitchen taps, no drips turns off very quietly no sqeaks no problem. Just brilliant highly recommended.
These are handy to keep in stock for older style taps - easy done for this price
I got these to fix some very old leaky taps, they work perfectly and well made
Well made and excellent value for money. A first class product
I read about domed washers on a forum and decided to give these a try. If you have taps with jumpers that wobble slightly when water flows over them coupled with high water pressure, this can cause very loud knocking which in my case, I was unable to stop until fitting these domed washers. I took them off the plastic jumpers that they are supplied with and fitted them to my own brass jumpers and even though they are a lot fatter than the spindle on the end of my tap jumper, it doesn't matter as they are a tight fit and don't fall off. The tap now nips tightly shut, very smoothly and I now don't have any knocking at all!!
Very useful to stop dripping tap which would not respond to new flat washers and reseating.
Very pleased that you had this item in stock for my old bathroom taps. Really helped sort out my problem.
Solved an awkward problem where the thread of the tap mechanism was worn.
Great for stopping tap leaks where the seat is ruined. Wish they supplied with a brass shaft
These washers are excellent for worn tap seats.
Once again Toolstation comes up trumps! Didn’t expect to be able to buy just two in a packet, thank you!
At the price, it's just easier to replace to entire 'jumper' than removing and replacing the washer. The brass on old 'jumpers' can be brittle and brake easily.
Have a lead pipe stop tap. Getting rid of it soon so, it helped fix the broken tap in the mean time.
