Installation was so easy too.
A really useful piece of kit, pretty easy to self install even for a none technical person, just read and reread the instructions, it's all there.
Took about an hour to install.

Bought this plus three extra room stats to replace Honeywell CM707'S in a 2015 built flat with a communally supplied underfloor water heating system. Super easy to install and all up and running in about an hour.

Good thermostat simple to operate but was complicated to install couldn’t get through to help centre
Very easy to install, all instructions on line via the Tado app. The difference between this and an old mechanical thermostat are amazing, a difference of 0.1degC can institute activation meaning that there is not a wide temperature swing in rooms resulting in less gas consumption. Control can be manual or from the phone app.
All in all a very sophisticated piece of kit for not a lot of money.
Highly recommended.
Easy to set up and use, as a heating engineer I much prefer these to Hive or Nest
Originally I bought the wireless version from elsewhere but that version doesn’t have eBUS (you’d think all the Tado range had!). The boiler installer found this out when it came time to install it. This wired version has eBUS control and was much cheaper than elsewhere. Great so far, app is easy to use. I have it paired with Tado Smart TRVs on all radiators. App takes a bit of getting used to as I had the Hive system before but that doesn’t have eBUS either. I can now control the heating for each room individually and set schedules for this. (Next day collection at store was a shambles as I received a message saying there was a delay but it’d be there soon. After a few hours I went to the store, was given a number for customer services and after a long hold time I was told that there was a problem at the warehouse overnight. Had to wait an additional 24 hours before it was delivered).
Really easy to fit and works well. I use them in two homes and it would be good if they could both work on the same account, but unfortunatley you need a seperate log in for each home. Apart from that, they're great!
The store where brilliant and the thermostat was simple to install with good instructions and the app allows much easier control than my previous not so smart thermostat.

Ideal for working with a set of smart radiator valves. I chose the model that is hardwired to the boiler - appears to give more flexibility in use.
