Did as much as was to be expected made light work of a big job of stapling 600 feet of chicken netting.
This staple gun was worth every penny….saved me so much time and energy while I was working in the loft, very reliable and robust.
Probably ok if you're stapling cheese, but if you're expecting it to drive a staple into wood then you're wasting your money
A good, handy, fairly cheap little tool but definately not for high use. I've had several Tacwise staplers over the years, this is my first battery powered version and its quite a bit slower than the 240 volt versions. Not that that is an issue to me, for DIY projects its perfect and i expect will last me for many years. I'm very pleased with it but if you want a more industrial tool you will need to buy a more expensive model.
Waste of money does not drive the staples all the way in so not fit for the job
Good stapler for upholstery. Not cheap but worth the money.
Great tool although slightly difficult to operate in tight spaces as safety device needs to activate to fire.
Great tool to have in my bag! Works really well at putting fire socks on a building neatly.
Recently bought a Tacwise 16g nail gun and was very impressed with it. Had a medium sized roofing job to do involving attaching the breathable membrane and required a 12V staple gun hence the purchase of the Tacwise 140. Very impressed with the gun, with not a single misfire after 2000 staples. Feels very solid and well made and battery life is very impressive. Highly recommended.
I have used this stapler for attaching roofing membrabe, silver foil insulation and sheeps' wool insulation onto a cabin I built. It sometimes struggles to put the staples in to the wood properly (depends on the wood) but for most of the build it was fine. Given the price I think it was a good purchase because of the time it saved over using a manual one.It also saves me getting sore wrists when using a manual stapler.
Bought as a Christmas gift for someone else and so cannot really comment on the quality and reliability of this gun.
Great tool ,very big time saver compared to a manual stapler
A great product and really good value for money
The gun is fine in most aspects although the battery pops out of it's holding far too often, every 4 or 5 staples.I only bought this for stapling but thought the nails facility might be useful occasionally. If you're not a trades-person and just a casual DIY'er like me, you might not realise it but the only nails it can use are 1cm long. They're not nails, they're pins in my opinion. Anyway, I've used it for an hour or so and it does the job fairly well (you might have to tap some of the staples in fully with a small hammer) apart from the above-mentioned issues. If you can afford it, I'd suggest you pay a little extra and get something much more reliable. Hope you find this review useful.
A good size and weight
Not the most powerful stapler around, but as it is cordless it's fairly easy to move around the workpiece without getting tangled in cord
The brads for this model are quite short in length and I would have preferred them a little longer, but the staples are fine
All in all, it done the job I bought it for so reasonably satisfied
Good little stapler, has a tendency to kick the battery out every now and then, but just needs a quick push and you are back in business. Occasionally staples do not quite go home, but for the money if is a great little stapler that can be used anywhere as it is cordless.
