Robust wheel. I used four of these for a heavy planter that I wanted to move around the patio. They roll smoothly on concrete slabs and the brakes work well.
Bought a massive outdoor storage box to store mountains of cushions for garden furniture only to find it weighed a ton and could not be easily moved around. Solution was to fix a set of these wheels and result surpassed everybodies expectations. They not only support the full box but even kids jumping on the top of it. Brakes work as well.

Smooth wheels, stiff break - fiddly to flick with thumb and finger in a tight space and yet to test how it bears the weight of a sizeable gin cabinet ;)
Bought four of these castors to fit on a router table. Couldn’t believe how good they are for the cost involved. Would highly recommend. Certainly value for money.

Good wheels, worked well moving platform to push a motorcycle against a wall.
These wheels are just perfect for my mobile tool and components bench. They roll easily on the floor and are stable both when being used to move the bench and when locked.
My only slight issue is the holes are very near the wheel pivots. This means you have to cut off any extra threads once they have been fitted to allow the wheels to rotate. Not a big problem but the reason why they only got 4 stars.
This was a much sturdier castor than I expected. I’m very pleased with them.
