it claims to have easy swivel, but in reality it has all the swivel of a demented supermarket trolley. as it was not used immediately, by the time i saw how bad it was i was beyond the 30 day limit for returning faulty goods
Bought to put on new workbench. Seem solid. Easy to i stall. Locking mechanism locks both the wheel and the swi el with positive click. Happy so far - only recently installed, so too early to say on durability, hence 4 star.

Needed to create a dolly to move a large and heavy piece of playground equipment.Used two of these braked castors with two non braked. Flat mounting plate meant easy fitting to timber frame.
