Ok product let's you see what is going on out side and gives good play back. Will not pick out number plates but let's you see what type of car or van it is.

Item bought in clearance. Box had been opened and one camera cable packaging had been opened and cable unwound. System has been running for 4 days and is working well. I am using as a standalone unit so interconnections not checked.

I was led to believe I was buying a new swann CCTV system from Toolstation I paid £150 and received a old broken DVR set I took it back to Chorley Toolstation the same day and asked for a new replacement the replacement came 3 days later it was also broken with the 3 main leads missing when I returned it back to the shop the manager Mandy m refused to give me my my ack and said this is the second one you have brought back I'm not going to give you your money back and I am barring you from my shop I demanded my money back he said you are barred make sure you spell my name right said Mandy m I left the shop disgusted with what has happened I wish never buy anything from Toolstation again

I recently installed the Swann Security System, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision! From the moment I unpacked the kit, I was impressed by the quality and design of the cameras and equipment. The setup process was incredibly straightforward, thanks to the clear instructions and user-friendly app.
The picture quality is outstanding—day or night, I can easily see everything happening around my property. I particularly love the motion detection feature, which alerts me immediately to any activity. The ability to access live footage from my phone gives me peace of mind, especially when I’m away.
Customer support has also been fantastic. I had a few questions during installation, and their team was responsive and knowledgeable. Overall, I feel much safer knowing I have such a reliable security system in place. Highly recommend Swann to anyone looking to enhance their home security!
Bought this to replace an old Swann one as it was cheaper than getting it looked at. Still using the old cameras but the new ones will be added soon now plenty of storage for all four. The pictures are very clear and the coverage means I can see my drive and front access really well. The new unit is much easier to use and set up. I had no hesitation buying another Swann and am really pleased with it.
So far so good, easy enough to install. Good quality picture day and night. Very bright lights. Happy with my purchase.

I've used Swann cctv for many years now. I recently went wireless and very quickly went back to wired.
I purchased this system because of its affordability and seemed to offer a lot for the money but I quickly discovered that the video quality isn't the best. The description says that you can zoom in on registration plates of vehicles but while you can zoom in, the clarity isn't there. Vehicles outside my home are literally yards away and the registrations can not be read clearly.
also disappointingly the cameras do not have audio and maybe my fault but I assumed that they did so I had to buy additional cameras with audio.
I will be looking to upgrade this system sooner than anticipated.
Good product nice clear pics a bit of a chew installing wires through walls but got there in end otherwise very simple to put it all together

Great cctv system we had buy a new one as our 10yr old cctv had stopped working, so we went to toolstation i we purchased this one and im impressed.
The staff were great and helped us when went into the store.

Easy enough to install. Easy to play, pause and fast forward. Image is good in daylight, but where we live the streetlight goes out after midnight the images are almost pitch black and lack any detail. Swann keep sending me messages about upgrading which has to be paid for and annoying. For the money it is a good deterrent for would be thieves.
