Good product rubber seals very effective helps to smear small amount of silicone grease for fitting. Excellent price compared with alternative brands.
Returned as not required. New toilet fitted perfectly with the old connector. Looked as if the swan neck was needed to fit a modern toilet back flush against the rear wall but all fitted perfectly with old waste.
Straightforward to fit especially where the toilet and soil pipe are very close.

Bought this to enable the fitting of a new toilet in out business premises where the waste passes through a hole in the floor situated quite a long way from the wall. This item seemed ideal for that.
The quality was fine and it was inserted into the drain pipe without any problems. However, when I tried to fit the toilet, it became apparent that it was incompatible as the base of the pan was obstructed by the vertical part of the connector below the swan neck. If the pan had been compatible, it would have been ideal for the job; however, because of the design, this connector is far from universal and I would imagine that it is incompatible with many designs of pan.
Poor manufacturing quality … had to return twice due to both components showing same fault … had to buy same product from a different company
Perfect fit to install a closed coupled toilet right up to the wall without having to use anything else to fix a gap between cistern and wall
Bought this pan connector as i had a toilet to change but the soil pipe was in a floor so this was the only way i could get the systern as close to the wall as i could. Soil pipe worked fine with no leaks.

Not the best build quality. on the pan seal end the ring that holds the rubber seal in place was a little warped. so I swapped it with the one I was replacing and it worked fine.
Literally got me out of a tight hole, as good as ay others I've used in 50 years of plumbing
