Wanted a temp closer . It does the job quite well though
Does what I required, however could benefit from a wheel on the arm section
Works fine except for one thing - the heads on the mounting screws stripped under only fairly moderate force. Bit of a letdown…

Does what it says on the tin, but tricky with older door frames if the door is inset compared with the face of the frame. To accommodate this tension must be wound up quite a bit which has led to a slight graunching noise when the door is opened. Still better than an unsightly top closer though

Used similar door closers in the past. This design was straightforward to fit until I came to screwing everything down firmly. The screws supplied ate FAR TOO SOFT and burr over easily. I replaced the small screws from my stock as the small screws supplied were useless. Now fitted and working satisfactorily. RHL

Quite a good item so far. Tricky to get sufficient tension on the spring using the (too) short tensioning bar provided
