Bought this as I had a large gap under the gate due to driveway slope. Easy to fit and all fittings included. Looks sturdy so should last. Deducted one star as on side is a bit stiff to lock bolt in open position. Ovarall very satisfied.

Dont be misled by the photo, the bolt shaft does not have a stepped shoulder it is a uniform diameter the whole length.
The bit that looks stepped is a loose barrel that can be sunk into the ground to slide the bolt into if you use it in vertical orientation.
Constructed a gate and bought a surface bolt from a competitor and realised when i went to install it that it would cover the drop, found this online and perfect. Simple and easy to install.
