Works very well.respond s straight away.
Brought few of these now
Excellent pump, ideal for negative head. Good item
Very easy to fit. Quite quiet. Good pressure and flow output.
Difficult to shop online but luckily toolsation is near by so popped in, ordered the pump and it was delivered the next day as promised. Now installed and working well
Very good quality pump purchased to replace a 2 bar Stuart Turner pump installed 10 or more years ago. Thought I’d up grade to 3 bar as we suffer quite low water pressure being on a steep hill, however having got the pump realised that installation was going going to require changing some of the fixed pipe work so reluctantly returned the pump to Toolstation and picked up the 2 bar version which took all of 10 mins to install to the existing pipes. Refund received following day and cannot thank Toolstation and their staff enough for their help and prompt action.
Great pressure for my shower and bath compared to my old pump.
Bought to replace a pump of a different make that wasn't up to the job. Chose Stuart Turner as we had one in our old house for many years which was very efficient and quiet and although this one is very powerful, responsive and much better than the one it replaced it is much noisier than I thought it would be from previous experience.
This 3.0 bar pump replaces a 20 year old 2.0 bar pump that had started to run on. Good price and delivered in two days.
Absolute Quality..................................
Quality of manufacture is easily apparent. Easy to install. Albeit slightly noisey when in use.
Excellent pump very quiet after the last one, well worth the money.
Works fine and come with flexible connections, makes it simple and easy to install, recommend this pump but be aware it is also a bit noisy
I wish I could leave a generic review of Toolstation and not specifically this pump. The pump looked good, but be very careful to check. This one had bent hoses, caps that had been removed, and a wire that wasn’t crimped. In other words it was a returned item. It worked intermittently. I have no doubt they are brilliant pumps, just beware that Toolstation returns are not thoroughly checked and they will ask you to prove it was like that. Having phones then manufacturer they confirmed the stock was sold over two years ago so Toolstation also keep old stock. I would avoid them for things like this and use a merchant plumbworld.
After instructing my plumber and heating engineer to replace a pump that had worked for 25yrs. This pump was a little noisy but powerful but needed replacing due to slight leak.
Two years ago my plumber fitted a replacement. It was very unsatisfactory and failed
twice in 3months. So he replaced it with a lower pressure pump by same manufacturer.
This pump did not perform well with low flow and pressure and very noisy. After coming
out several times all he could say is “It was a bearing problem and they are not as good
as the old pumps”. Finally it failed after the 12 month warranty.
This left me without a shower so I had to act fast by buying a 3.5 bar universal monsoon
Stuart Turner pump. Changed all the untidy plumbing myself (being a retired engineer).
At the end of the day switched on. The difference was amazing. High pressure, high flow
quiet running and the motor ran only slightly warm. It comes on without hesitation and switches
off the same. I am over the moon and consider the Monsoon pump well worth paying a bit more for quality. Unfortunately I learnt the lesson the hard way.
Good pump, but requires 22mm pipes ALL the way from both feed tanks, poweful but not the quietest (but what are)
Does exactly what it's supposed to do. Cured the issue of an intermittent shower which had been installed with a positive head pump by a previous installer. Starts first time every time and is much quieter while running than the unit it replaced.
